Contract of Sale
Jewellery is sold through two sections of our website, TRADE ONLY for our account customers and BUY ONLINE for sales to the public. Please see details below.
TRADE ONLY part of our website is run by one button, for trade customers only and is password protected. The password is supplied by one button ltd upon completion and verification of individual trade status. Goods ordered are subject to a minimum order of £50 (excl VAT) carriage will be charged at £10 UK Mainland. Carriage is free on all orders which exceed £200 (excl VAT) UK Mainland, £350 (excl VAT) for Northern Ireland & £500 (excl VAT) for Southern Ireland & The Channel Islands.
Trade orders processed are despatched and invoiced 'on account'.
Goods promoted in TRADE ONLY are likely to have limited quantities available, it should not be possible to order any items not in stock. SOLD OUT will indicate the line has now gone and will never be repeated.
BUY ONLINE advertises selected One Button products available to buy from its exclusive Retailer Orchid Trading (UK) Ltd. These may be one off and unique design pieces, stock which has been ‘retired’ or is unavailable for sale in the high street, or end of season lines. Due to the nature of this stock, your purchase is received strictly on a first come first served basis. It shouldn’t be possible to order any items out of stock. SOLD OUT will indicate the line has now gone, and will never be repeated.
However, on the rare occasions that stock levels are incorrect you will be contacted. Any monetary discrepancies as a result of our incorrect stock levels will be reimbursed immediately.
All public Buy Online orders, payments, refunds & correspondence are processed by Orchid Trading (UK) Ltd.
The terms and conditions stated here cannot be varied except by changes made by one button Ltd.
One Button Quality
Each piece has been lovingly handcrafted! Very occasionally faults do occur. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our products or service, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return. See Returns Policy below.
Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe each piece, many items are hand made from natural materials, their colour may vary slightly from that shown, each piece really is unique.
It is essential that jewellery is protected from perfume, hairspray, deodorant and any other chemicals which may harm the finish of beads, metal plating, semi precious stones and other findings used.
We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us.
When you Buy...
When you make a purchase you will automatically receive an electronic confirmation stating your order number. You will receive notification of dispatch usually within 1-2 working days of your order being processed.
CANCELLATION POLICY - once you have placed your order, should you change your mind for any reason, please advise us immediately that you wish to cancel the order and a full refund will be issued.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (@ 20%).
All prices are displayed in (GBP) pounds sterling. Your credit card company will make the charge in your local currency at that day’s exchange rate. We are not responsible for any other charges.
one button Returns Policy
If the item(s) you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email us at email@example.com detailing your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Send the goods with the packing note enclosed back to us at the address above. Upon receipt we will be happy to refund/exchange providing the item(s) are returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving our confirmation email.
A refund will not be possible if the item(s) arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item(s) will be returned to you. Our decision is final.
In compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations we are unable to accept the return of earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.
RETURN POSTAGE - you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s) to us. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
IF YOUR GOODS ARE FAULTY – very regrettably and occasionally this does happen. We will do all we can to ensure the matter is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Please follow the returns procedure detailed above to return the goods. Upon receipt of faulty items we will exchange or refund in accordance with your wishes, and also refund your postage.
Extended Returns at Christmas Time
We accept you may feel inhibited to shop pre Christmas due to the returns time limit – this is the last thing we all need! Therefore any purchase intended as a Christmas present may be exchanged or credited up to the 10th January providing the above criteria has been satisfied. Refunds will not be offered outside the standard terms.

The Company and Orchid Trading (UK) Ltd act in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1984 and 1998. We will never disclose your details to third parties.
Trademarks and Copyright
The name ’one button’ and the logo are registered trade marks. Any attempt to use or replicate this brand/logo in any way whatsoever will result in legal proceedings.
Copyright of all products/designs and web content is owned by one button limited. It is prohibited to replicate, store (in any format), download, amend in any way whatsoever, without the express written consent of one button limited. Failure to do so will result in legal proceedings
